Is there any email function?
Yes. For
example, you may receive email confirmations on your
transactions and can send us your queries. For security
reasons, your secured email can only be seen when you
logon to our HSBC Internet Banking.
What should I do with confirmation email?
They are for your reference only.
Can I send banking instructions to you via
email?
No. Email is meant for customer queries
